Why practice this?

Exercises and key points
How to combine three jaw positions with Goo, Choki and Paa voices on “eh”
Keep each of the three jaw positions you learned previously and practice distinguishing Goo, Choki and Paa on “eh” through your mouth.
Position 1: Keep your usual jaw opening, with your mouth slightly open. Position 2: From position 1, lower the jaw straight down so your mouth opens vertically. o→O Position 3: From position 1, push the jaw forward so the lower jaw protrudes. Keep the tip of your tongue resting behind your lower teeth while vocalizing.
I understand: like the previous lesson, use Goo voice in positions 1, 2 and 3, then Paa voice in positions 1, 2 and 3, and so on.
To increase the difficulty, keep your tongue tip on the biting edge of your upper front teeth without letting it slip away while practicing Goo, Choki and Paa.
